Frequently Asked Questions
How do I RSVP?
Please visit the "RSVP" tab on our wedding website. When looking up your party, please be sure to type your full name in the search bar.
When Should I RSVP By?
The earlier the better! Please submit the RSVP no later than March 7, 2026. If we don't hear from you by then, we will assume you'll be celebrating us from afar (and we will miss you).
Can I bring a Plus One?
Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitations. If you received a plus one, they will appear under your name when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding!
Are Kids Welcome?
We are excited to have all family members present, including the little ones, to celebrate our big day! However, we ask that if your children do attend, please ensure that they are not disruptive during the ceremony or reception. If they become loud or distracting, please step away with them out of earshot, so they do not affect the overall experience for the Bride and Groom. Thank you for understanding and being a part of our wedding!
What time should I arrive at the ceremony?
Please arrive at 2:00 PM to allow time to find a seat, chat with others, and relax. We will be starting promptly at 2:30 PM.
Will there be cell signal?
San Moritz Lodge is a mountain venue and cell signal can be spotty. Please consider saving your travel directions ahead of time in case loading speeds do not cooperate.
What should I wear?
Please dress in semi-formal attire. If you need some guidance, please see the pictures below.
Is the Wedding Indoors or Outdoors?
The wedding ceremony will take place outdoors, while the cocktail hour and reception will be held indoors. If weather does not permit for an outdoor ceremony, we will adjust accordingly and have it indoors. Please check back to the wedding website for any additional details as the day approaches.
What Will The Weather Be Like?
The weather can be difficult to forecast that far in advance, however based on historical trends we can expect temperatures during the day in the low 70s/high 50s with temperatures in the evening in the low 40s/high 30s.
Where is the Ceremony and reception?
Both Ceremony and Reception are on the San Moritz Lodge premises—just a couple steps away from each other.
What are the lodging options?
Please refer to the "Travel" tab on our wedding website for options nearby the venue.
Where do I park?
There is free parking available in the lot immediately surrounding the Lodge.
Can I take pictures?
Yes, please take as many photos as you want and feel free to send them to us! We only ask that during the ceremony that you live in the moment and refrain from taking photos. We have a photographer who will be capturing those memories for us.
What about drinks?
Water, punch, iced tea, and coffee are provided for all guests. If you would like any soft drinks or alcoholic beverages, you may purchase them at the cash bar.
Can I ship a gift to your home?
Yes! Please visit our "Registry" tab on our website. You may ship to the address provided there.
